Room was beautiful and mostly clean. The private beach is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered something for everyone. There are a few restaurants, stalls and supermarkerts just next to the hotel. Gym was very well equipped (not just some cardio machines as in most hotels).

nice safe beach, white sand not lots to do out there but they had free bus to sunset town and our hotel included was kiss of the sea which was really cool and the fireworks went for ages, highly recommend. Very pram friendly in sunset town and there is a nice clean market which we went to for dinner a couple of times. Easy and cheap to get grabs everywhere. The buffet had loads of options. We loved how massive the pool was attached to our room it was very unexpected and right in the beach too. The pool wrapped around the whole apartment!

It had direct access to the beach, the room was clean and spacious. Nice pool (but we did not have time to use). The breakfast was incredible, so many options and variety. Breakfast was an event. We were given free tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show, which was a little odd but really fun and had amazing fireworks display (better than some NYE displays across the globe). There was a good transport service to the airport and there was a free shuttle bus that took you to other locations around the area.

Fantastic location and nice comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was good but had better. Staff very helpful. Free buses right outside very handy as are all the beach restaurants. Special thanks to the staff for the lovely cake surprise and writing in leaves in our room for my birthday. Very much appreciated. We loved the beautiful beach location and the pool even if it was a little cold. Fantastic first time stay.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The seaside location offered breathtaking views and serene vibes, perfect for relaxation. The pools were stunning, impeccably maintained, and provided both fun and tranquility. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit every palate. The ambiance throughout the hotel was exceptional—elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Every detail contributed to a sense of luxury and comfort. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! Our family had an absolutely delightful stay! We were lucky enough to secure one of the penthouses, and it exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort. The private pool was a splendid sanctuary, offering us a tranquil escape from the shared pool area, while we relished the breathtaking sea view. Our proximity to the pool, spa, beach, and club house made our stay incredibly convenient. The kid zone was a big hit with our 5-year-old daughter; she had a blast with activities like paper toy making, Little Chef, rock painting, and conical hat painting. This gave my husband and me some well-deserved relaxation time by the pool. The breakfast buffet was a true delight, boasting a diverse selection of delectable dishes. In fact, we were so impressed with the club house's menu that we rarely felt the need to venture outside the resort for meals. Our overall experience was exceptional, and we were reluctant to leave this fantastic retreat.

For our family of 4 (two adults, one toddler and one teenager) Superior suite was the best setting. The room had a bedroom and a leaving space with a sofa, coffee table and another big bed which was possible to separate from the rest of the room by the rolling wall. The room also had two bathrooms, all together It worked really well for one week comfortable stay. The hotel is big and was full during lunar new year but we didn’t feel crowdy (maybe couple of times at peak time at breakfast, but it wasn’t too bad). Thea area where the hotel located is new and there is no much stuff outside of the perimeter, maybe 5 restaurants and a couple of convenient shops. Anyway at some places in Phu Quoc (after we stayed at Mövenpick ) there is nothing at all outside of the hotel gate.

Excellent beach, always cleaned by the resort team very early in the morning. I believe it would be perfect if a beach bar was located on the beach itself. The swimming pool complex is huge, with a convenient separation from the adults' ones to the children's ones. The breakfast-dedicated restaurant is second to none in cleanliness, with enormous and delicious food diversity and the capacity to handle many people very comfortably. The beach restaurant is quite good as well. The whole staff was very pleasant and ready to support you whenever needed. Finally, an extremely clean and neat balcony-equipped suite on the 10th floor, with a full front view of the swimming pool, trees, and both the sunrise and moonrise at the beach.
